We built Capmap because comparing financial platforms in Europe should not require reading marketing copy and sponsored rankings. We wanted one place where every platform is evaluated on objective data — fees, regulation, country availability — with no promoted results.

Verified data
Every platform entry is verified against official sources — regulatory bodies, company registries, and published fee schedules. Not marketing copy.
Transparent methodology
Our ranking algorithm is documented and uses only objective metrics. Affiliate relationships are disclosed. Our editorial policy is public.
The platform comparison, blog, and all guides are completely free. No account required. We are continuously expanding our coverage with more platforms, deeper data, and additional countries.
Trust
How we stay independent
Our rankings use only objective metrics: regulatory score, country coverage, platform longevity, and data freshness. Affiliate status is structurally excluded from the ranking algorithm — this is enforced in code, not just policy.
We earn revenue through affiliate commissions when users click through to platforms. Affiliates fund the platform but never touch the rankings. If a platform with an affiliate agreement receives a regulatory warning, the affiliate link is automatically suspended.
