By using Capmap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The service
Capmap is an independent European financial platform comparison website. We provide:
- A directory of European financial products (brokers, banks, crypto exchanges, insurance, pension, mortgages, loans)
- Side-by-side comparison tools
- Educational blog articles and guides
- A contact form for platforms seeking to be listed
Capmap is not a financial adviser, broker, or regulated financial institution. We do not provide personalized financial, tax, or investment advice. All information on Capmap is for educational and informational purposes only. See our Financial Disclaimer for important details.
User responsibilities
- Do not use Capmap for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or extract data from Capmap in bulk without written permission.
- Do not use Capmap data for commercial purposes without authorization.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Intellectual property
Capmap owns all rights to the platform, including its design, code, content, and data compilations.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Capmap's content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Affiliate links

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Capmap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Capmap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
